    after about 6 months of holding out hope that my new sister in law was going to turn out ok..... it turns out she's nothing but an ass....

    her and my brother are both serving in Iraq as i've said before and she's been in like 4 or 5 years and is only a specialist my brother has been in 2 years and 2 months and just recieved his 3rd promotion (Corporal) and goes in front of the Sergant board at the end of the month for his 4th promotion to Sergant. So she decided to write a little rant on myspace (and by looking at her log-ins that's all she does over there) about how she's tired of being overlooked for promotion because she's female and no matter how hard she tries it just won't happen for her yadda yadda yadda..... and now for the part that really made my blood boil...... and i quote "it's even harder to be happy and supportive of those who did get promoted" Now i take that as she can't even get behind my brother her fuckin husband for shit sakes!! My bro asks her all the time (well atleast when they talk) when she get to bitchin about this if she's done this or if she's done that to help towards promotion and it's always no or not really so i think that she's just skatin by. What an ass. sorry for the rant

    but on a positive note.... the insurgents have gotten there hand on some old russian armor piercing gernades and how the turret gunner sets he can't see over the sides of the trucks and these scummy bastards hide until the trucks are beside them and chuck these grenades up into the turret and boom bad news... so my brother being a turret gunner designed a platform for in the truck that the gunner can stand on and see over the sides of the truck and his design saved a mans life the other day. the gunner was able to see the bastard gettin ready to throw the gernade and the made waste of him
