    We got pre-approved for our mortgage today. FHA loans are currently between 4.75 and 5.25. Mortgage guy wants me to hold on to my Tax money until settlement and pay my truck off at the settlement table. Cindy is a fraid I will "accidentally" buy some truck mods with the money. She has right to be concerned.
