    I have great advice for you since I just finished my own performance management evaluation.

    You must have the COURAGE to stand up and say when something is wrong without fear.

    :laugh: -- I know what ya mean though... at my last job I told the CEO of the company that we were stupid if we did a demo that he wanted to do (it would have split the crew up during a very busy time and I said No) -- he didn't talk to me again until I put my 2 weeks in... and that was about a year later... :laugh:
