I wish you luck. We have a couple interested in ours right now, depends if they can get pre-approved for a the mortgage. Gonna have to come way off my price to do it, though.

    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
Same thing happened to me within 30 days of putting my house on the market... I wasn't willing to come down enough for them to get qualified...

18 months later I sold the house for 10k less than the same price they were qualified for...

    it sucked...

30k. We realized that due to my neighbors shithole we were overpriced for our location. We will still make a nice profit and the house we really want is a coat of paint away from being worth 40k more than we could get it for.

heard that. i reckon....sometimes it makes more sense to take a "lowballed" offer, before you have to settle for a definite lowball.

    Chickens would be useful.
They painted the house light pink. The inside is crappy (it is on the market too). The back yard has at least one motorcycle in it, several pieces of lawn equipment, a dog tied to a tree and a bunch of crap. They also enclosed the back porch with blue tarps.

this is kinda the reason me and the wife passed on a house we looked at a couple of weeks ago..............it was nice, but very small, and the garage was awesome................but the shithole trailer next to it was a joke......definitely makes property value drop. it looked like a damn cyclone hit the sumbitch, and they just left the back of the trailer in the yard....all over the place, plus, junk was all over the place.

We want to try to jump on the house that we like while the interest rate are still low and it is still around.

I think they are puerto rican.

The Mexicans across the street painted their brick font red with white mortar (it was in great shape before). Then they painted the foundation on the side mustard yellow. Looks like a damn McDonalds.

It's all Chris's fault, him and Sheriff Joe keep sending the Mexicans up thisway.

I used to hit the one in Lancaster near the outlets when I lived in Oxford, just a short ride through Amish Country.

I went to the WalMart in Buckhannon, WV. I was told explicitly to NOT speak to the locals. Them mountain folk can be scary.
