    yep, before hand I roughed up the billet, then sanded, prime and paint.
    Was able to chip it off with a fingernail.

    No clue, I had thought it was Alum. but then they must of added something to the melt mix, cause this stuff can take a major rock and not even a dent.
    May have to remove and bead/sand blast then powder coat. That's to much work.........:D
    But at least I don't have to worry about the large piece on the lower bumper, since I don't use it.
