it was a trip from Richmond, VA to somewhere in Boston. it took over 12 hours, only a couple hours faster than driving, it was warm on the train. My dad, who i was traveling with, is overweight and he was sweating alot and on me. alot of funking smelling people entered the train and my ipod ran outa juice, thats about it

oh man, that would have been a great trip for me. forget ipods, all I need is my camera.

When I was a passenger conductor, I didnt get to enjoy it much but riding passenger trains is SO DAMN RELAXING if you arent working.

I love train travel. I'd much rather take a train than fly.

I enjoy driving my truck too, but sometimes its fun not to have to worry about anything, and just ride.

i hear ya, but that experience just ruined it for me, maybe if the trains were more efficient in travel time, we stopped like every 10 miles

some of the people that mess up the flow of traffic the worst to me are the people that ride in the middle lane in a 3 lane highway, they dont pass anyone but leave only the far left lane for passing, so when the guy going say 5 over passes them anyone thats going say 10+ over has to wait and if u pass on the right, where nobody is, there will be that one car that blocks u from getting around and its not their fault b/c there in the far right lane

usually I say fuck 'em if they speed, but I understand theres always the guy whose late to work, or the guy trying to catch his woman cheating or something to that extent.

i try to keep it under 10 over but im not a cop so if someone wants to go faster and isnt being a complete jackass on the road, i get other and let them do their thing as i feel is a common decency on the road

i feel im courteous on the road but then get a mild to more road rage when that one person is blocking the road and wont try to get out the way, a month ago or so i was coming back from SC when i catch up to this car that is going the exact speed limit, on my speedo so i know theyre going a couple under, and theres only one car beside them for like a 1/4 mile all the way around. I get nice and close to make sure they know i want them to get out my way, i then proceed to blink my lights, nothing is happening. At this point im becoming a little enraged, i honk once. Still no recognition of changing speed a little to either go infront or behind car beside them. Im yelling at them inside my truck, and honk a few more times, im very close to the rear of their car at this point. Car next to me notices the situation and speeds up so i can get by. While passing said car, they seem obvioulsy to what happened ro decided it wasnt a good idea to look at me. so courteous go on and off for me on the road
