    We are looking for a cooler place to live, and are looking for a place in which the low temp is not horribly cold......Nothing below 30* in the dead of winter. Being as we have the max hot temp here, heat is a non issue. Humidity doesnt bug me. Preferably near water. Molly wants a single level floor plan. Thank you.

    Hey Chris, take a look at Virginia! Near the Atlantic, humidity is pretty average-high, and the temps don't get too cold. ;)
