    Fortunatly, Im very good at my job. Any job in which I have been in charge, there has never been an employee hurt, and the jobs have always been finished on time/early. :)

    Its only a few inches deep. Our Dry Wells were overrun and there are about 2 that havent been able to drain the parking lot.

    I was just thinking about a "Flamming Particle Beam Laser"......Perhaps the HOA would like that?

    That is alot of rain at one time for you guys. Average annual rain fall is 7-9" in Tempe.
