    The ABSOLUTE coldest it gets/got in my house was ONE TIME, when My Uncle came to visit from Nebraska. I wasnt home. When I DID get home, I walked into this fridged air (74*), and said WTF!!?? Julie said, Uncle Coy was hot. Well, Unc....Your gonna have to adjust, because IM GETTING PNUMONIA!

    You'd FREEZE in my house in the winter.... 62*. I get cold when I sit anyway and use a blanket, so.... plus no $400 elec bill.

    In the dorms last year the lowest the cooling unit would go was like 72. It was on that setting the whole damn school year.
