    damn Judy!!!! hate to see that. thats pretty bad, and will get worse. doesnt look like its down past the primer tho.....so you shouldnt start rusting anyway, but you may wanna go ahead and gently scrape the rest of the flaking paint off, just so it doesnt come off in one big piece....possibly taking primer with it.........for the time being anyway.

    Get some primer and spray it in a cup or something, and then use a q-tip and dab over the bare spot. Much as I hate to say this, but chip any other lose paint away as well and treat that area, too. If you have touch up paint, you can then cover the primer to match the paint.
