    yeah i don't know half of my (semi close) friends' last names, im like 40% color blind and i get lost every time i drive in a city, but damnit i got a memory on me! i've always been able to memorize stuff; songs, state and country capitals, entire presidential succession (and party affiliation), history facts, and plenty of other worthless crap (like, um, pi?). . . the long story of the pi thing was a summer camp i went to as a kid. we hiked up the side of a mountain and were all sleeping out in the woods under the stars. one of the counselors would walk around while we all layed in our sleeping bags and just make up a story on the spot of the adventures of a made up person. and every year it would include 56 digits of pi being recited by him. just kind of made me want to learn it too...

    i had to do a ride along for a college marketing class last year with a salesmen. went to a place near Apex NC with a press just like that. went through like 15 different stages. started as a roll of paper and ended as a perforated, folded and stapled McDonalds coupon book. really cool place.
