    Josh Welch, a white Maryland kid with ADHD who was 7 years old when he was kicked out of school for chewing a Pop-Tart into the shape of a pistol and pretending to shoot other students with it, must be puzzled.

    Where’s his White House invitation? Where’s his chance to start networking at Facebook? His parents were forced to hire a lawyer and spent a year and a half just trying to get the suspension erased from the kid’s record. They were repeatedly refused.

    Ok, so I had a thought in this morning's elevator ride to my office...

    Why are "mad scientists" so mad? They're obviously well educated, well financed, have their own facilities, and even their own support staff. I'd love to have an "Igor" or two to flip switches or take care of bodies for me.

    They have no reason to be angry. They got it pretty good.

    My fiancé (now wife) and I were on a haunted hayride way back. Dude came swinging down out of a tree on a bungee, perfectly measured. What he didn't anticipate was A) the strength of her "fight" in the fight-or-flight reflex, and B) how far she can kick from the back of a hay wagon.

    It was a great scare gag.

    Too good. She kicked the ever-loving shit out of him in trying to get away.

    Thank goodness they didn't press charges.
