    Yeah.
Hamsters don't have tails. You are felching incorrectly.

That's not felching unless the hamster is consuming previously deposited semen. I thing Gereing is the term you're looking for. Now if the hamster ejaculates while in-recto and consumes its own semen, thats called um...uh...BRB.

    First scenario is Gereing

    Second scenario is literally Felching

I don't know what it is called if said hampster runs into another up there and saying "help me find my car keys and we'll drive out"...

    Or sumthing

We're many years away from retirement, but when we do we're thinking of relocating. I was just thinking that if our house is worth $500,000.00 at the time, we would pay $30,000 in real estate commissions!

This is my first and only home, so I have no experience selling. Houses sell all the time and the standard is 6%, so people must be ok with it. It just seems crazy to write a $30,000 dollar check for someone to advertise and show a house, then do some paperwork.

I realize there's a bit more to it, but it just seems excessive. For those who've sold a house, did you feel you got 6% worth?

I will definitely look into that when/if the time comes. I read you can pay a fee to have your house listed on the MLS database. I remember the extra thick pile of paperwork when I bought mine, but a lot of that was the mortgage broker. Did the buyer have an agent, and if so, did they expect you to pay him/her 3%?
