    funny ya ask...........Cummins has laid off more shop floor today, and are threatening to bust some skilled trades out, or to the floor. I hired in last May, so I have no shop seniority.

    Several HVAC journeymen took the retirement buyout so I think that has secured my position. That only leaves 1 HVAC journeyman per shift for coverage at the plant I support.............:pray:

    Ditto. Although the other one that didn't call me back is 3 times closer than the other. Oh well. Money is money.
