    Cayce (WLTX) - Cayce police are searching for a woman after they say her two-year-old daughter tested positive for cocaine.
    Officers are searching for 22-year-old Katrina Jivers. She is wanted on charges of unlawful conduct towards a child and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
    Investigators say this is the second time she's been brought up on these types of charges.
    Officers say her daughter was taken into protective custody by the Department of Social Services. A drug test performed on the child showed the two-year-old girl had a significant amount of cocaine in her system.
    Officers say Jivers' other child was taken into protective custody on February 7 after she was arrested for marijuana possession.
    That child tested positive for marijuana.
    Jivers' family says she isn't being treated fairly.
    "She did make a mistake, she was smoking marijuana, she's willing to pay for that but her child didn't have to go into DSS custody," her uncle Roosevelt Jivers Jr. says.
    He also says the family is worried about her daughter.
    "Something isn't right in there, it's definitely not right. Like with her first child, they took her first child into custody and 24 hours later he's dead, he has no health problems up until he's in their custody," Roosevelt says.
    Lt. Jeffrey Simmons of Cayce Police says, "We're here to protect the children and to keep them from being exposed to drugs."

    I think the kidnappings have something to do with people who are in the drug scene anyways. I'm not sure if innocent people are being kidnapped.
