    We looked at another house in that neighborhood, same floor plan, but the lot sucked. 1/2 acre steep hill in the back. This has the same size lot, but it's all flat and usable. Fenced in back yard and fewer neighbors.

    getting there....
    we looked at one the other night after the one we are interested in................beautiful house, awesome as hell in and out....and 5 acres......only prob for us....besides price, was the back yard was red mud hill with little grass, and the hill was steep as hell, and it was on a busy 4 lane highway...not good for getting ready to have kids. if it had been way out in the woods, off the main roads.........it woulda been nice to have.

    I hear ya. We want to stay in a neighborhood so the kids can walk to their friends houses. Can't get 5 acres around here for less than 500,000 without a house on it.

    whew............thats steep. we found that almost new doublewide(palm harbor........more like a house than anything really) and 5 acres for $129,500

    not too bad , only thing is......its way out in the woods. and i aint complainin one bit..................i wont mind the drive and shit when i can relax and all in all that privacy and quiet!!
