2020 TRD Pro

So, I was told to use the Toyota Owners app on my phone. It will not ever let me activate it, says email is already used, wont reset password, etc.

Called Toyota, they told me to DL and activate the main Toyota app. Did that, and it lets me use it to remote start my truck, etc. But it seems the Owner app has more features and function, so why are they separate things and why cant I use the Owner app?

Did the Toyota app replace the others? (Owners + Connect)
