I worked my breasticles and cardio, but I went to four sets of ten versus three sets of ten and extended cardio warm-up from 10 minutes to 15 minutes.

 

Nice!! Did 4sets of 10 from 315-405 beyond my warm up and 4 exercises of 3/8 on bicep tendons.

 

I'm still working large muscle groups, so pushes and pulls for the various muscle groups. Straight chest press, chest fly and tricep push-down. 4x10@100# and 4x20 4-count flutter kicks followed by full body stretching for about 20 minutes.

 

Nice!!! Just lifting heavy and eating a lot for “bulking”.

 

I'm going more for weight loss, increased flexibility and endurance. I've always had "good enough" strength, so it'll increase just by exercising.

I lose fat the fastest by lifting heavy I do copious amount of stretching as well.

 

I moved all my weights into the garage on saturday, just about died. Now she doesn't have to watch them collect dust inside, I can outside

 

If I ever had the opportunity to build a Tundra any way I could, this is exactly what I would do, except I would do 18" Ray 10's. This thing is bad ass.

That happened to a friend nearly 20 years ago. That's the only time I've seen a 22RE die and the second time I rebuilt an engine in a Wal-Mart parking lot.

My own 1983 Chevy S-10 Blazer. timing chain broke, but it was a non-interference engine so normal repairs apply.

Nah. 490k miles and DD status. I bought it for $400 in 2000 and sold it for $250,in 2001. Bought a 1989 300ZX and a 1989 Bronco II for $200. destroyed both a year later. The 300zx was my roommate wrapping it around a tree learning to drift in 2001.
