Unfortunately, no current project plans by our engineering team as they're consumed with a laundry list of ongoing projects for 2022 models at this time.

@Diode Dynamics opinion question: do you think the SS5’s would be too large for ditch light (hood) mounting?

 

Gives you an idea.

 

We have had customers mount SS5s at ditch lights on our brackets without an issue.

However, depending on the vehicle customers should be concerned about a possible increase in shaking/vibration due to the larger sized pod.

Most users go with our SS3s and then stack SSC1s on the side for a larger style setup.

 

Personally, the SS5 is too big for a ditch light, our pillars are bad enough for visibility…can’t imagine with an SS5 as well.

 

Funny, the exact reason I was thinking about the SS5 for a ditch light is because I can hardly see out of the pillar as it is lmao. I appreciate the pic though, it's definitely food for thought!
