The Wait

I know this is just me Bitchin' but I just gotta' get it off my chest. I ordered a bumper with an expectation of a wait. Called got it ordered with a wait time of 16 weeks, now I'm at 23 weeks and I'm bummed. not at the company, which in not at fault, but supply chains are just F'd. I was hoping to have is on before heading to Expo West but looks like that a no go. Between the excitement of the new bumper and the now extended wait times just feelin' impatient and defeated. Patience has never been a strong suit with me anyway.

 

Is there a supply shortage on steel plate now too

NBC News last night reported this nightmare will continue well into 2022...

Wish I had got my SR5 a few months before I did, however looking back I think I got it just before they became real hard to find.

A week before I found it there was 20-30-50 at a local dealer lot, and as we know now there are zero. What does come in is either
already sold or it sells that day.

Cop pulled me over wanted to know where I got the truck, how I liked it, and how much I paid for it.
When I told him what I paid for it he ordered me out of the truck, cuffed me, and said " AT THAT PRICE YOU STOLE IT "
