    Ordered my dcsbor 10/3 with no options except tow. Dealer told me it should be in 11/22. I'm a very impatient person so the wait is killing me...

    put in an order for an AC TRD OR 4x4 in Barcelona Red in mid September. I seemed to have picked a very hard truck config to locate. in the meantime I've test driven every trim of Tacoma that the dealership has had in. SR, Sport, Off Road, and Limited. nice trucks, but all DC except for the SR which was a white AC 4cyl.

    so I still wait.

    i was very patient in the beginning. 4x4 white limited was supposed to be in tuesday or wednesday this week. Then last friday, the dealer called and said this monday or tuesday. Now here it is Thursday still with no truck and i'm losing my mind!

    Supposedly it was loaded on the transport truck in south texas and its less than a one day trip. I'll call before close tonight and hope for the best.

    Good luck - been posting on this thread for over a month - nothing has changed - my TRDSB 4X4 Red loaded was ordered month ago - plus have a hold on an dealer allotted TRDSB 4X4 Silver loaded that never showed - it is supposed to be built soon - hearing that for two months and no build number after two months - nothing on either - began trying to buy in late August - Auto. com has now only one ( probably sold) 39K plus Limited TRDSB 4X4 showing for sale with in 500 miles of me. Nothing else available --
    Toyota sold as of July 2015 105,834 Tacoma's - for year 2015 that would be about 160,000.
    As of July this year - very few Tacoma's 2015 were available on dealer's lots. Began producing 2016 Tacoma's
    Not likely they are producing and or selling their normal average of 13,000 plus 2016 Tacoma's. New model and new problems I would guess.

    Got the news today from my salesman that my MGM limited which had a estimated build date of 10/26. Was actually built on 10/22 (I am happy that my truck was not built on a Friday or a Monday) and is going through port processing now. So hopefully 10 to 14 more days and will take delivery here in the Peoples Democratic Republic of New Jersey (Fagedaboutit!)

    I used Holman Toyota in Mt Laurel, and so far so good, I put a deposit on there next incoming Limited model back in early September and the salesman has been very good on keeping me posted. I have no complaints at this point in time and don't expect to have any. I will say that so far there has been very limited inventory through out south jersey on 2016 tacos.

    update on mine.

    It was built on 9/26 and is due to arrive at the dealer between 10/26 and 10/30.

    Already worked out the value on my trade, and have what my payments wil be ($2 more a month than my current vehicle).

    Dealer is getting me a cost to swap out stock rubber for either the duratracs, or open country atii's in 275/75 16.
