    I told my 2 calculus classes about the search for the truck and how we finally found one in mid November. We are on block schedule so we see the classes every 2 days. Every day when they come in, a few of them ask if I have anymore news on the truck. And of course some of the ones who don't care will remember about it and ask if I got it yet.

    I passed around the build sheet for it and crossed off the msrp. I forgot that there was an msrp listing on the back and a few of them freaked out over the price... I was like uhhh yeah, it's actually a lot more than that after taxes....

    Maybe I forgot to say that I was doing a lot of differentiating questions about speed and acceleration of 2016 Toyota Tacomas in the weeks before I told them about it

    so i ordered mine 11/30 (MGM DCSB 4x4 OR 6 speed MT) the dealership still doesnt have a vin or build date for me they said today they should know by Wed.... anyone else order something similar around this time get a build date yet? They are convinced its gonna come in right after Jan 1 i have my doubts after reading on here how long ppl are waiting

    Ordered a 7542 about 5 weeks back. Built as confirmed on 11/28, was to ship 12/3 and be in RI by 12/10. Now shipping between 12/18 and 12/20 hoping to arrive 12/23

    Just got word that my truck order was accepted and expected build date is 12/23. For those of you who have a temp VIN or build sheet, how long after the order was accepted before you received either VIN or build sheet?

    Please tell me what the dealer showed you as invoice. I don't believe they sold you the vehicle for invoice and no TDA. They will only make around 100 dollars on that sale after holdback comes back
