    The wait is over! It arrived today, earlier than expected. The salesman said they could have sold it 4 or 5 times before I got there to pick it up at 5pm. They didn't even end up letting anyone test drive it since it was a special order. Durango Toyota (CO) was great to work with! Better pics tomorrow...

    Very Nice!

    I have a TRD OR AC AT in MGM on order with Durango Toyota. Just ordered it a week ago. If they had this one on the lot when I was there last week, I may have ended up ordering it in quicksand.

    Congrats to the new owners, I like to see we are getting closer to my order. I am getting a TRD Sport 4x4 DCLB with JBL in MGM. Order was on 9/26 dealer daily said location date 10/19. I checked with dealer yesterday and it is pushed to 10/22. Question, is the location date the build date or when port process should start? Oh, and I got it for $500 over invoice. I talked to three before this one and they would only do MSRP.

    I got the call on Monday my truck was in. Can't make it to Denver till Saturday to pick it up. Black SR5 DCSB 4x4 appearance package and tow package. The anticipation is killing me. Will see how it handles I70 from Denver to the high country over the Divide and Vail Pass. Congrats to all the new owners!

    That is the build date. My tacoma was built 9/17 and went to Freight Status on 9/18. At that point the dealer received a dealer arrival eta of 10/6-10/12. I am on the East Coast on Long Island. Hit the dealer inventory online 10/10 but did not arrive at the dealer until 10/12. I imagine that the date it hit the east coast distribution port was 10/9 or a few days earlier.

    Still waiting for my Red DCSB 4X4 to show up in system - dealer placed in system on 9 - 28 - still nothing - Monday 3 weeks - they are so far behind - amazing I am not even in the system after 3 weeks

    on the ground would be great - mine is still in the clouds - Mid January is very likely - My dealer has 20 other Tacoma's ordered -/ none show up in system - that's how far Toyota is behind!

    Ordered mine monday, 10-12. to be built the 45th week of the year. It its sapped to be here the end of the 3rd week of novenber.

    better start walking, takes 6-8 weeks on a normal cycle. since you didn't get in the first month of allocations, they have pushed the time frame back to meet demand. once it settles down and they catch up, it will go back to 6-8 weeks from allocation to delivery into a customers hand.

    I made a deal on Sept. 19th and have yet hear anything about a build or allocation. I'm just being patient and waiting it out. Sounds like many others are in the same boat.

    This makes me feel better. Mine was order 8/24 and was told a month minimum for freight. Hopefully it is under that! I have a build date of October 31st so far. Hoping to get it around Thanksgiving.
