I think I'm going to head over there and see what's what. It's only 10 minutes from my house. I'll let you know if it looks like yours is still there.

Just got an email, she told me it is now north of Seattle. Kind of frustrating because now it has to go all the way back south around the sound to go back north to Bremerton. Cause I'm sure there are no ferries that will put that truck on it.

Yep, looks like they got a recent delivery of several trucks. Mine apparently was not one of them though. No hauler in sight though, so that makes sense that yours is still on the move.

Great looking truck! Made me glad I ordered silver seeing it..I believe mine is the exact same model as yours.

Got an email from the dealer yesterday...my truck build date was moved up a whole day LOL from 3/23 to 3/22

Anybody here in Southern California know how long it takes to get the truck from build date? Mine is being built in Mexico

Just talked to the dealer and all they can tell me is that it is in "Freight" and still has a delivery window of 3/2-3/7. I think I'm going to go online shopping for wheels. :) Retail therapy, right?

I drove from Austin to San Antonio today and saw 3 haulers full of Tacomas. I think I saw every color and they were all headed North up Ih-35. Wish I could've snapped a picture.

If it's actually moving they should be able to tell you where the truck checked into last.

She didn't seem interested in giving me any actual details. She was very nice though. Hopefully it will arrive on Wednesday and I can never visit this thread again. :D

With all the ordering and months of waiting for delivery, could we still be waiting for our 2016 trucks when the 2017's hit the showrooms? lol

I'm pretty pissed at this point. If anyone at the dealership somewhat looks at me the wrong way, I will walk out and wait to order a 17.

I'm with you. At this point even if they tell me my build date got pushed back 1 week I'm out.

Placed my order on 2/15 - haven't heard from the dealership yet. At the time of deposit, they told me about 6 weeks. Will be expecting: TRD OR, DCSB, BBP, P/T, 6MT, Tow pkg.

Just wondering - for those who got their trucks, what were the last 6 of your temp VIN?

It is pretty shocking that here we are almost half way through this production year and they still haven't caught up to demand. I think it has a lot to do with port issues though. So many dealers are getting accessories installed on their allocated trucks that it is overwhelming the port installing those accessories. So everything is taking forever just to get out of the port.

So you're saying things are slow because the factory is portly. I'll show myself out.

My Blazing Blue DCLB TRD Sport is supposed to be built today. When I put my Deposit down a month ago they said the build date is February 29. and the truck should be at the dealer here in Vancouver by March 23.

Can someone explain how the order process should work to me. It seems like my dealer took my order and my deposit and is just waiting to see if my truck happens to roll out of the factory. I haven't signed any paperwork either. I don't get the sense that they actually told Toyota that they want this truck built for a customer. Any thoughts?

The dealer already knows what they are scheduled to get. I would call them and ask for more details.
