The only unopened bourbon I have is the 2 x 1.75 Makers behind the currently open 1.75 Makers. And that's just the bottom shelf.

Mmmmm Makers. Not bourbon, but I have most of a bottle of laphroaig in my cabinet too 'twas a gift from a coworker. My liquor cabinet is pretty full. Going to be purchasing or building a dedicated bar for the office in the near future.

Have you ever had Caol Isla 12? Wifey and I did a single malt flight taster when we were up in Ashland OR last year, and I like Caol Isla 12 better than Lagavulin 16, which had previously owned pole position for Serious Adult Acquired Taste. Give it a go, laddie.
