Man I forgot I ordered these things, had to read all of this now to see what was up. I was getting concerned as I ordered on 5-11-09 got charged then went to work and never heard anything. Thanks for all the foot work guys.

 

Ordered mine on 5/11, my card was charged on 5/15, still no e-mail confirmation.

 

Anyone got theirs yet?

 

Ordered mine the same day, and my card was charged on 5/11. I never received an email notification, but I'm keeping the faith.

 

today i got charged, no confirmation. hopefully that means they're on the way! an email would be nice, i know they're swamped but they're a company not just some guy doing this in his backyard... meh.

And it happened just like they said. They also said that it would be extra 4-5 days for the logos. If you ordered mid May then don't expect to see covers until beginning of July. This is very important....THEY WILL COME WHEN THEY ARE DONE. THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT. I know it's hard to be patient throwing around 500 bux here & there & trusting shit to show up......they will. Went through same anxiety during last GB. I was antsy because they are so cool tho, not because I doubted I'd get them.

 

My hunch is that you forgot we have a month called 'June' situated between May and July.

 

If I have to wait till July I will be sad!

 

May 15th + 3 weeks + 4-5 business days for logos + 5 business days for shipping equal what? 21 + 10 = 31 or so days? May 15th to June 15th or so would be my hunch & people saying they just paid a few days ago are pushing 1st part of July using same hunch. Didn't forget shit.

 

If I have to wait until July then I'm more or less screwed as I'm moving to another state. Though I still have my house... I just won't have them for several months to use :/

 

Has anyone who ordered in the first round contacted them about when to expect an e-mail?

 

The email will come when they are shipping them....approx 3-4 weeks after paying depending on logos or not. Then 5 business days to receive them. Might giv'em a little extra since hit with flood of orders from GB aside from their normal flow.

 

Just got off the ph with them. I put my order in on the first day avail to place orders on the first round. The gentleman told me that the order has not shipped yet. It should be another 5 working days before they send me and email with the tracking number. So, as of today, it has been 20 days since the order, plus 5 more days for the tracking number plus 3 to 5 days to ship for a set of fronts w/o logo or piping Black w/charcol = ~30 days (+/-a day or two). Of coarse, shipping time and any extras in your orders being the variable for everyone. Hope this helps.

 

Sounds just like what I've been saying. Seems their timing is holding up just like in 1st GB.

 

Seems like a lot of these group buys go this way. Company gets overwhelmed with orders and people get impatient (rightfully so) trying to patiently wait for their goods. Understandable on both sides IMO.
