    WAG- But did you tuck the flaps front to back or back to front??

    Cause I think your photo I see the seam on the cover that holds the the cover tight...but it's in the front.

    Try switching them around 180 degrees.

    Butter knife, 2hrs 2cm at a time & remove panel from truck so you can do inside in the air conditioning. Yes you have to push like the knife will go thru the material instead of tucking. You have to get it right by the seam & cram it the fuck upintheya. Tedious nerve racking shit. Go slow.............
