    Small list:

    Bull bar
    Tubular Side Steps
    Rear lift blocks
LED headlights (like them but they fail)
    Rubber mud flaps

And I'm not so sold on my cheap chinese 50" curved light bar, but the brackets will do nicely when I go to a Rigid.

    The 'extended' warranty.

Knew it was a waste of money, but I had been on a bad run of luck.
    Never used it.

One can never have too many light bars.
This has the potential to be a really awesome "what not to do" forum.
So far the only thing I've messed up on was buying another Dunlop when my last one had a hole in the sidewall. I wasn't in the position to spend $600 at the time for Dyna pro's even though I'll need all new tires in 10K miles.

Strawberry scented air freshener. I thought I would never get that sickening smell out of my truck.

It whistled like a SOB even after silicon and all the other little tricks. I ended up making an air dam out of heavy duty weatherstripping to fix the problem. It seems to be a common problem on this particular bar, which is sold by a member on here, that isn't nearly as big an issue on Rigid bars.

Custom exhaust / intake. Only succeeded in lightening my wallet and making the truck louder (read annoying). Maybe I'm just older and over the noisy muffler phase? Left it stock on the current truck.

bed liner, that's it for now
worst thing I ever did to my truck: accidentally fell into a drainage ditch culvert and bent the crap out of my tubular sidestep bar, which leads me to the best thing I did to my truck: a tubular sidestep bar! It saved my truck from what would have been serious damage!
