    URD Short Shifter, AVS Vent Visors and Bakflip MX4Tonneau Cover.
    Not completely theft proof, but mine being a manual transmission requires a key inserted into the ignition. It is a tab tougher to simulate that.

    I've got a tea tin in the drawer where I keep my keys;
    I've walked it out to the truck and it blocks RF just fine.

    On a more serious note, the best way to prevent any sort of theft is deterrence. Outdoor motion lights, outdoor cameras, dogs, dashcam, etc.
    If you are still concerned or live in a crime prone area, then keeping your keys in a metal box would prevent the amplification/relay of signal to the keys in your house (spare key also), or use a steering wheel lock.
