Thermostat Jiggle at Top or at bottom?

    Apparent controversy on the placement of the Jiggle on the thermostat.

    If someone who has reference to a Toyota manual for the Tacoma 1996 V6 could you respond with the correct placement of the Jiggle according to the manual. Appreciated, Thanks
