Yeah no shit. The heated steering wheel will keep your hands warm while you are stuck in the snow.

Its probably fine if you have leather or fake leather. Not necessary with fabric imo. I actually like fabric better but some options are not available without the fake leather upgrade. Lame.

Haha you're gonna die of old age before that happens.

I'm OC adjacent. Had the heated seats in my Taco and have them AND the heated steering wheel in my Tundra. Deal breaker without them.

You snow belt folks forget that 60° or less is FREEZING for us CA denizens and we need these warming devices! :D

Gonna keep my 3rd gen until it rusts through.

Likely get a full size if I need to pay full size prices. Brand loyalty is silly

I don’t mind not having heated seats with the cloth seats in my truck. It’s not really cold at all to sit on. The softex fake leather in my wife’s 4Runner is ice cold though and the heated seats get used all winter.

You guys are arguing about heated seats while I'm over here with heated and cooled seats. Now that's the real game changer because the cooled seats does wonders for your hemorrhoids in the summer.

Over the past few days, it's been raining cats and dogs in our area and they barely let me test drive it so I could really only do loops on a cul-de-sac street.

I wasn't able to fully test the torque. Although, during my drive I did notice some improvements compared to previous generations. The acceleration was much smoother (no lagging shifting), with a noticeable increase in torque and a quicker response time on the throttle. Overall, I feel like Toyota fixed the issues that were driving the 3rd gen owners crazy when it came to the gear hunting/laggy shifting (at least for me)

Saw a ‘24 Taco at my local dealership yesterday. First one I’ve seen in person. It was a black Limited, glanced at the sticker, I think it was $55k. The big chrome wheels were hideous. These trucks are getting so expensive!

Toyota wheels in general are hideous looking IMO. I remember pondering some well equipped Tundra SR5's but couldn't get past the standard SR5 wheels. Same on Tacoma, 4runner. I like the black XP wheels. I'm not one to immediately go buy an aftermarket wheel/tire package so i generally stick with what the auto comes with.

You've got to love that a power seat and power rear slider are no longer standard on the TRD, but part of an $8K+ option package.

    A fully bedazzled version. :anonymous:

It is interesting... if you do get a low option truck the price spread is not that bad (10%ish) ... but the high option trucks are certainly 20%+ apart; more options and all, 24 over 23
