I would. I'd pursue every avenue for restoration. The guy who got hit was not at fault. The idiots
who caused injury to his property ( leased or not ) were at fault. Possibly 1 or more were DUI .

I've been driving longer than most of you have been living. Never had a ticket. Never been in an
accident that was my fault. I respect other people and their property. It's not that difficult. Cause injury to me or my
family or my property - then my life becomes difficult, and I'd make it difficult for those who caused it.

More than likely none of the offenders even had insurance.... or are some kind of entitled folks who think
the world owes them at others expense.

Some entitled kid on a college sports scholarship blew a yield sign and hit my motorcycle... I flew off, rolled, and ended
up rolled just under the front of a cop-car, who witnessed the entire thing. Great witness. Turns out the kid
was driving with SR Insurance ( insurance for drunks ).... he injured me, he injured my property, he paid.

I hate to see good people become the victims of other peoples inconsideration.

Could you please elaborate on having the right part?
You will be working with the lease and insurance representative within terms and agreements of the lease/insurance that you agreed to.

The first avenue of restoration is the INSURANCE Carrier of the other drivers.

A last avenue of restoration is COURT with a law suit.

OP, follow the path of reasonable humans.

I would be whining! Here in Michigan, the insurance rate will go up no matter who is at fault. I had to switch from AAA to Progressive when my wife's car was hit in a parking lot. AAA said it was the second claim in three years (both not our fault) & raised our rates. Progressive saved us, lived up to its commercials!

Sorry about your truck and good luck dealing with the repairs and claims adjuster.

Perhaps you can exchange the tacoma for a new ranger so the resell value can be upped the next time this happens.

I don't think OP has confirmed but initial picture showed a Florida tag. Florida is a "no fault" state and unless OP has serious injury, likely no avenue to go after the at-fault driver. Truck is a lease so the property damage to the truck is the leasing companies issue. "Lawyer-up" is a catchy phrase but the real world doesn't operate on catch phrases.

Consult an attorney and go after the maximums on the other 2 insurance policies.

You don't have to consult a Personal Injury Attorney just one that handles Insurance law.

Don't let your adjuster push you around. You car is damaged and you have to live your life.

    Edit Oh its a lease.

    Sorry missed that.
Not your truck not your problem.
As was said, let the insurance sort it out. The leasing company will want to fix there vehicle your driving.

Saw a couple posts advocating for the OP to take a theoretical insurance payout for the vehicle damages (to a lease) and go buy mods. I can only hope reasonable, smart, experienced people have since overcome those statements.
