    No worries. Your point of view is fine and as long as you are happy with it, that's all that matters.

    Remember that you can use layer masks to adjust the various parts of the image. Like creating two layer masks using the gradient tool--the process is similar to what you used for blending images.

    yeah i like the composition for sure. but i understand what you were saying the re edit looks soooo much better. :)

    Much better. Now just bump up the exposure on the bottom. Just a tiny bit so we can see it.

    If you use the gradient tool and go from the bottom to the middle of the sand, that will help with the halo. The idea being the gradient tool gives you some decent feathering.

    I think you did good here.

    I've done people shoots and I swear, it's easier to do it from 300' away with a long lens sometimes :rolleyes:

    Yeah I seen the catch light in that shot but couldn't tell if it was strobes or just a light in the house.
