Not so much a problem with the truck (too high) but with the car women love to put everything on the roof before getting in the car. Like a coffee cup, purse, random shit they carry. It scratches the roof and drives me nuts.
Any mess left behind pisses me off too. If you are going to have a coffee or food in the vehicle, take your goddam garbage out with you.
In the summer I try to take the bike as often as possible, that way they cant write on the windows, eat, leave garbage or put anything on the roof!
The feet on the dash annoys me too, but I tell them its a safety issue so they have to take their feet down. If the airbag is deployed, they are fucked. That way I dont seem anal....although I am. haha

Not closing the door all the way.
Not fixing the seatbelt when she gets out (1st gen)
Leaving trash on my floorboards or in the door pocket.
    Adjusting the radio/temp controls
    Putting feet on dash
    Closing vents
Taking my cupholder ashtray out and tossing it in the back.
Complaining that the outside of my truck is too muddy
    Complaining about the bumpy ride

I could go on and on. I really hate females sometimes.

If you asked your buddy to stop doing any of these things, no problem. Or he's had his last ride.
Try that with your other half...

    Oh yeah...

Stewie: Women, Brian...what a royal pain in the ass. It's like, it's like, why can't you just hang out with guys, you know? Just live with someone of your own sex. Just do what you would do with women, but with your buddy, you know? Why don't guys just do that?
Brian: They do, it's called being gay.
Stewie: Oh, that's what gay is? Oh yeah, I could totally get into that.

LOL, but that last one could really backfire on you if she gets in a certain mood. :) Some distractions aren't that bad.. at least until the cops pull you over and you have to explain it.

I think the worst my wife does (outside of writing her name in the window which was already mentioned) is constantly changing the radio station to Z100. For the non-NJ people it's pop station that plays the same 4 or 5 songs over and over again until you shoot someone.
