    Well that goes into a whole different argument - not all parents are responsible. Should we put some regulations on having kids, such as we do with getting a drivers license? In other words, should we require prospective parents to take a test to prove they are going to be suitable parents, just as we do to make sure they are suitable drivers?

    agreed but being a free country itd be contradicting to regulate babies, wed be as bad as china. However, maybe population would control itself if we stopped WIC,Welfare, EIC, etc. stop rewarding woodchucks (what we call trashy people) for having 18 babies
