I plan on lifting my taco using the ready lift kit . https://www.readylift.com/toyota-tacoma-5-lug-sst-lift-kit.html

What are are things I should consider when doing this? Just using the truck as a daily here and there going to Home Depot and getting things Lumber , etc. the occasional dirt trail to fish and that's all . Thanks in advance !

wrong kit for your truck and a bad kit. (i know theres not many options for 5 luggers)

Feel free to ignore the following:

I think a 5 lug truck shouldnt be lifted at all. simply starting with a 6 lugger will get you so much farther with a beefier suspension and drivetrain.

Don't know the specific lift- I have had experience with Readylift on our Excursion- product did what we wanted (leveled the front)- should have just replaced the LeafPack with one from an F-250, adding this to worn out springs was not the best choice. Quality components in the kit though.
Best of luck in your search.

they only have 2005+ model year 5-lug applications.

remember that anything you add under the axle actually pushes it "up" into the wheel well, essentially lowering it more.
