I wonder if I can check the codes with a standard OBD II code reader???

My transmission isn't much better after a 750 mL add from Knoxville Toyota this past Saturday....

A couple weeks ago Fox Toyota gave the the standard lie "we checked it and it's fine" and "that hesitation and shifting is normal".

    Edit: Not showing any codes

Just got home from the dealership. The codes thrown were P17BB, B1244, U0126, U0163, P160300 and B160A. They also found that it was .5 quarts low. Which isn't very much but probably didn't help the situation. Traffic was pretty shitty so I wasn't able to feel if there is a difference.
Also, I'm very sorry y'all are having bad experiences with your service dept. But my service advisor is one of the most badass dudes I've met. He is also working on getting me my SR grill for free by tonight. So next time you guys go in get different advisors and I'm sure one of them will hook you up too.

I'm hung up on this. Very surprised that you think the 2016 drives more like a truck than the 2nd gen. I thought they had more of a car-like feel and felt weak in the bottom end.

I didn't really think about it but I did have a lift put on the 2nd gen within 150 miles so maybe my opinion is skewed because it had a stiff feel vs the 3rd gen which kinda lumbers around
