Hey guys my Tacoma has 200,000km on it and was thinking of buying new I know what it will cost me to buy a new tacoma here fully loaded trd dcsb it's between 42,000 and 49,000. I was wondering what you guys paid for a new tacoma in the states. I know it's cheaper in the states and it will only cost me 500 to get it legal in Canada if I drive it. Any ideas? I have imported vehicles before so I know the proccess just curious about prices from our Yankee cousins!?

    Definately cheaper than $49,000 !
Check US dealers' websites - most of them show inventory and you can even build your own specs and it will give you a price.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
I think after 2 years you can import it. So, let me drive it and in 2 years you can pick it up.[IMG]

Yes, it's Canadian, but the Canadian dollar is at par with the American. It just goes to show how we get ripped up here on the value of things. OP, personally, I don't think I would import, because they are harder to sell later on, but you seem like the kind of person who keeps things until they are almost used up, 200K kms on an '08 , so it may be worth it for you. GL with the purchase.
