Not sure if it will make it look a little more 2017ish... I got a great deal on these rims however I think they are a little old school.

Try plastidip first or the removable spray paint to see if you like it. Time consuming but not permanent or cost too much if you dont like it. Then you can decide if you want it permanent?

I like them as is. But you could look into powder coating if you want something color wise.

Do you need to know, or care?
    Personally, I wouldn't change them.

Your truck though and it's a matter of taste.

Dupli-color also has a removable spray paint for wheels.

Those look good! You can also try the plasti dip like others have recommended.

But they look good with the matching emblems and bumper caps!

I’ve see similar wheels but on a red SR5 on here, and they look good too. I’ll try to find a pic

    Work in progress...
It looks like you just bought those rims, and they look great. Try some black center caps first, maybe.

If I wanted to make those look a little more modern I'd do black with matching center caps.. Either way it looks good though

I like how it looks with the blue.
Keep them clean and please don’t plastidip them. It makes no sense to buy a new set of rims and then spray them with that stuff.

You say that you got a great deal, but it’s not a deal at all if you immediately have to alter their appearance.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Personally, I love them the way they are but I do wonder what a red pinstripe (or double pinstripe-older school) around the outside lip of the rim would look like

DONT DO IT. When you see my truck you will know why I am saying this.
Everyone is into black and dechroming. I see all these trucks looking the same unless some one really goes wild with their suspensions and wheel set ups. Your truck should be a reflection of who you are not what everyone else is doing. If you are into black then do it but dont if your just doing it to be like everyone else. My truck is a 2017 SRToymater 007.jpg gasser nats 2017 116.jpg
