Thinking about selling my PreRunner and finding a 4WD

I've been considering selling my '02 XCab PreRunner (with a rebuilt title), and finding a DCab 4WD. How long do you think it would take to peel all this chrome shit off this one?

Why not convert it into 4x4?

 

Mostly time. I work two jobs and go to school part time. Plus, I REALLY want a black Double Cab! They are gorgeous!

 

In that case just buy the double cab and sell your prerunner but you are going to take a huge hit since your current truck has a rebuilt title

 

Well, I only paid 6400 for it, and I have about 2k in it with wheels/tires/stereo/etc. My Uncle will pay 8500 for it. So I would be in pretty good shape.
