That's what a lot of people say. I know a lot don't really need that space.

 

I need the doors and the space.

My son drives my other truck, it didn't have enough space.

The moral of this thread is....damn you toyota for not selling a DCLB in manual. I know I would have bought it!!!!! My DCLB is the first auto I've ever owned....and it wasn't an easy choice. I would have been so pumped to have MT. Honestly would have even paid a premium.

At least you use the bed of your truck. I have read threads on how to remove scratches from the bed liner.

 

This scratches the manual transmission itch when I get it.

 

I agree, me and the misses both have old early 90's miatas for when we want to go throu some gears (and the kiddos aren't with us). Hers is lowered and mine is raised

 

Lucky man, love the NA and NB body styles and they are so much fun for just a little money, a street legal go cart.

I've had mine since 01, supercharged it in 05 and have never had an issue with it in all that time.

Wrapped our NB along a guard rail trying not to hit a deer going around a curb in 2013. we had 10 years of fun in that thing, probably had another 20 years left in her.

 

As others have said on this thread, go with the manual. I've put 17k+ on mine and love it. You can gun it when you really need to and it responds very well. So far, I'm loving mine. Purchased Feb. 2016.
