I wanna do a 3in lift to my 2010 double cab taco, what is the best way to do this and keep the stock ride or better yet improve it?

Check out toyteclifts.com. If you want your truck to ride like stock or better after a lift, you def want to stay away from spacer lifts.

It also depends on what the lift is for, off roading or just an aggressive look?

Your choices for budget-friendly, non spacer lifts are basically:

    -Bilstein 5100's (+/- eibach springs)
    -OME shocks and springs
    -ProComp shocks and springs.

Search some threads for those and figure out which one will work the best for you.
