tell them you want it OTD at 24k and if they say they cant do it walk out (thats probably close to 2k savings right there) I did this when i bought my 08 (albeit used) they came back with some offer which was not what i had told them so i took the little sheet they were trying to write the deal on and flipped it over scribbled better luck next time cheap bastards, flipped it back over and walked out, before i could get a mile down the street the sales manager called me and told me maybe he could make something work. (used a similar tactic when i bought my 07 titan new without the smart ass comment...) the rest of the deal was done through a different salesman.

different base model and options etc., but I got mine today for 1k under invoice. That was the USAA pre-negotiated price. I did it for a few dealers in the area, and one dealer was a bit lower than the rest...I just used that to get the local dealer to match the price. Right at invoice should be no problem.

I picked up my 2011 2.7L 5 Speed AC in Nov. 2010 for $21K. I know MSRPs are up over $1K since then.

I'd say if you can pick one up for around $22.5K - $23K these days your doing pretty good.

You're not going to get your best price until you're at the dealer and ready to either buy the truck or be willing to walk away.

I walked out on the first dealer I went to and got a MUCH better deal at the 2nd.

I just bought a 2013 reg cab 4 cylinder 4x4. I was 24k otd. The truck itself was 21,750 I think. I honestly do not think you can get out the door for 24k or less for an access cab unless I paid way too much.

yup. I paid 24k OTD for mine but I got 0% financing. 24k/36 equals my exact payment. No gimmicks, no tricks. Not rock bottom pricing I am sure but I am not unhappy.
