currently im running 17 inch aftermarket wheels with 265/70/17 nitto terra grapplers

i have a 2.5 level on the truck and thats all for "lift"

im thinking of going up in tire size, no sure of what possible size and or brand and going back to my stock wheels.

also looking for some info on debadging, is there anywhere yall took yours to get it done or did you do it yourself

    just looking for some input

I didn't even know people considered taking there truck somewhere to get badges removed its pretty simple... Use fishing line and some 3m adhesive remover..

Also go with some 285s IMO

Not to start this debate again but they will fit I'm going to be running 285s with no lift.. You will have to trim some plastic in your case.. When you go to discount they consider any rubbing with stock configuration not fitting..

Very true was not taking that in consideration but spacers can fix any backspacing issues so not a huge deal.

I feel you on the discount tire guys. Just picked up my 2013 Tacoma last week, running 265/65/17 tires and was looking at the 265/70/17 Duratracs. They said they weren't going to fit as neither the Goodyear site or their database shows it. Rattled my nerves a little as I know from here they'll fit.

Exactly why I said you had a good point? And why I just stated a way to fix the issue if it became a problem?

I don't know what factory wheels you have to give more input other then with the right wheels you will have no problems with 285s there is nothing more i can give you that would be helpful.

Do you know what there backspacing is? And like I said if backspacing is wrong spacers will fix it so I guess the answer you are looking for is yea you can run 285s? But you may need spacers and to trim..

Again you may need spacers but other them that you should be fine and I get full flex with my 265s with no trimming what did you have to trim?
