Yeah I have the same mileage on my MT as I did on my stocks and I've got plenty left still.
    They sucked offroad too.

My co-worker has a 2018 TRD OR. Black. What a beautiful truck. I would buy one, we make the same money, but mine is paid for and runs fine. Once that 3.5 gets going, it does really well and gets better gas mileage than my 4.0. I keep telling myself that I do not need a new truck.

Charts are just that, have 10 guys run a dyno, and everyone of them will be different,so charts mean nothing.

They are here in Vegas also, you cant find a used Raptor anywhere in this entire town, and the ones I found elsewhere were within a few thousand from new ones, yet Tacoma Pros can be found on almost all the Toyota lots, not many used but they are findable.

According to your article "as many as 250,000 (15% of the 1.5MM mentioned) steel frames may need to be replaced" (between tacoma, tundra, and sequoia). Assuming 1/3 are tacomas that gives us about 84,000. There are about 1,200 Toyota dealers in the country, so if every single tacoma on recall went in at the same time that would be 70 per dealership. So... I'm not a calculus teacher but seems like your estimate is a little high. Not to mention this is only for 2005-2010 tacomas.

Guys can say whatever they want too,my 2015=0 issues,my 2017 Pro=7 times too the dealer for various recalls and problems, some were minor but still needed repair. The 3 gen. are not even any better than the 2 gen. that's for sure, and who knows what will come up further down the road as these trucks are still too new too really give a true reliabilty statement. My 2017 was $41,000 plus tax, almost $13,000 more than my 2015,and it sure as heck is not $13,000 better or more reliable than my 15..

Used anti-rust on the frames of both of my previous 2nd Gens and they were totally clean, sprayed my 3rd Gen and expect it to stay rust free too.

I don't WANT tech in my car, I want a solid reliable simple vehicle thats easy to work on, and easy to live with. take all the computer touch screen crap and stick it where the sun don't shine.

2008 2nd gen, 6 speed stick shift, yah bèbe!

Their is nothing at all bad looking about 2 gen interiors, nothing worse than 3rd gen only owners saying 2nd gen have tupperware interiors, every truck made today has a tupperware int. including 3rd gen.

The interior was extremely durable too, I took this picture of my 2008 on the day I was trading it in, looks awesome after 7 years of daily driving.
