Thinking of selling my 95 Ext Cab Tacoma SR5 4x4 3.4L V6 auto. It has around 215,000 miles on her. Automatic, new suspension with 1.5 lift (adj front to 2.5), frame good, power everything, marathon seat covers, interior is good with only defect is the driver armrest has tear/crack in it. Tool box, fender flares, 31" Goodyear MT/R w/Kevlar withe about 30-45% tread left. Runs great, little shaky at speeds, but not bad. Have several extra parts for it, poly bushings, filters, etc. Replacing the timing belt, belt, water pump and all that right now. Rear main replaced last year, and new brakes. Overall a great truck. Only negative in looks really is the paint. It's old, faded and previous owner didn't take care to protect the paint, thought about painting it. Would make a great farm/ranch/offroad truck without paint job. Actual reason I bought it, but we ended up putting more into the Jeep so we just used this for daily driving. Wondering what y'all would think it's value would be if I decided to part with it. Don't have to sell it, but we have 4 vehicles now between two of us and don' t really need one. Mainly use for daily commuting now for the past 50,000 miles.

few pics, second pic shows the front of the hood.

If it was local I'd go 2500. There is a broad range in car values from 1 place to the next.

***I thought the 3.4 runs timing belts and not chains.

if you can keep it and dumb some cash into fixing up the things that bother you and things that will need fixing soon instead of buying something newer that will cost money anyway i say go that route. i wish i'd simply rebuilt my tracker from the ground up when it was beat up, same with my tacoma, regret getting rid of both of them...

it's more of don't really need 4 vehicles with me and the wife.... if I do keep it, I'll get it repainted and just keep driving it.

    Started automatic. Swapped to manual
Truck with good frame should be worth 3500 minimum around Va. Probably up to 4500.00. Hood damage looks normal for commuter damage from road. Not much paint left on my 10 yr interstate commuting vehicle !

I was hoping to get around $5000 for it. has new suspension all the way around and all maintenance is good on it. only thing bad on it is the paint really. But if i can't get around that, I'd just keep it and paint it and keep on truckin with it. Just not sure what they would go for to be honest. I've seen them all over the place from $2000 up to $7000 for similar...

^ that's what i was thinking price wise. If the paint was in good shape, I would say 3500. With these trucks the value depends on the person. Someone might think its worth 2000 and another person might think its worth 5. I know when I was buying my truck, I saw a lot tacomas that were wayyyyy over priced( to me). It took me about 2 months to find one for a decent price. I finally bought a 2001 sr5 extra cab 3.4 One owner, no accidents, barely a scratch on the whole truck, mint interior, tool box, new tires for $5900.
