I think Chevrolet is giving a $1000 extra for Toyota owners along with the 0% financing. If you're not happy with it, then get what makes you happy.

No im looking at sticking with tacoma's. Love how they look. Im sorry about your truck. Since ive posted this thread i have had 3 pm's and 1 phone call. All had the same symptoms, all had tranny replaced, all still have the issue. One guy actually had his tranny replaced twice, and rear end once, the a tranny mount, then the drive train, still does it. Im gonna give tacos one more try i just feel bad selling the truck to some poor guy so im gonna trade it in and take the 7k loss. Yes, i bought it for 17 and they are giving me 10. Sucks but nothing else i can do.

I've known about the Camaro for some time before I bought my truck. I just couldn't bring myself to pay $40K+ for one.

That's pretty much how i feel right now. If im gonna spend 4000+ on tranny repairs and such, might as well get a 2010 and put it as a down payment, plus at least I will have warranty for anothe 60k. I really hope toyota come back from this because everything from camry's to tundras has had way too many issues. This plus the stupid gas pedal issue, which is total bs by the way, is really gonna kill thier customer issue. BTW they added 2008 tacomas to the affected models if you guys hadn't heard.
