    Hi All,

I'm new here - great to be part of the group!

The third brake light - the one on the "spoiler" above the rear window on the back of the cab is broken and I need to replace it. I picked up a replacement assembly now just need to do it. Looks like the order of business is to drop the rear of the headliner far enough to remove the "spoiler" from the cab, replace the light assembly and put it all back together? Has anyone else done this and have any words of wisdom or "gotcha's" they the ran into?

    Thanks!

You are in luck sir. I am not endorsing the product but check out the installation video for the Tacoma on the GG OffRoad website. Shows how to drop the headliner to access the brake light and remove certain parts of it. You will need to pop the plastic panels along the seatbelts to make room to pull the liner down. Make sure to buy yourself some trim removal tools. I bought what I needed from Harbor Freight.
