Stock with aftermarket radio and rims, running boards

Is it possible to change the clear third brake light lens to red like the previous gen trucks do? I know it was for the bed light but I wanted to make the center portion of the lens red if I could. Plz let me know if it can be done.

2016 DCLB TRD HELLCAT SWAP

Only option would be a red transparent vinyl overlay or painting it with clear red tint. Either way it’s going to screw up the white cab lights. Although you could mask off square holes in front of the white LEDS before you spray it
