I love how many 2nd Gen owners are 3rd Gen experts.

I also love that this is the best truck of the 7 I have owned.

I'm totally stoked about my OR, which I ordered after 1) driving several, 2) reading about the issues and 3) considering the alternatives. I also happen to like tweaking things to make them suit me and this truck gives me that opportunity. No question that I love this truck.

And of those 2nd gen butthurt owners, a good portion of them probably have never owned any other toyota truck.

I like that although I have other vehicles with leather, heated seats, sunroofs, more horsepower, fancier badges (BMW) etc, etc...my new SR AC MT 4 banger reminds me of the first brand new car I bought when I was 22...my 1989 Toyota SR5 4x4 single cab with a MT and the V6. It was white with awesome blue buckets seat with those cool blue "V" stripes on the side and tailgate. I wish I still had that rig. My SR makes me smile.

Other than the stock Off Road capabilities, it's got to be the touch lock and unlock on drivers door along with push button start.

I love the truck in general, even with its issues. But being able to leave the fob in my pocket is seriously one of the best features. My fricken BMW doesn't even have this feature.

Two things I can quickly think of that I wished it had are remote start and tailgate auto lock.

I like the fact that it is so slow it can't get me into any trouble. 2.7L issues.

Bingo was his name-o......but you have missed the key word-MY driveway, meaning I have possession of it, and I LIKE that....I really like this truck- best truck I have owned to date.

What's not to love? I bought it on Valentine's Day. I guess if I had to choose my favorite things that I love about it, it would be the quietness of the cab. Which is quieter than the 2016 Camry I traded in on it. And the off road ability. I'm convinced it could climb a tree if I didn't mind scratching the paint.

I traded my 2nd gen in to get my 3rd gen, and yes the second gen was a very good truck but I like this one better. My 3rd gen is twices as well-equipped at least but the price is only like $2,000 different.
